Ecolab, a leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Machine Operator

**Location:** Swannanoa, NC

**Pay Range:** $17

**Shift:** Days 6-4, Mon- Thurs

What's the Job?

+ Cut product to specifications

+ Observe machine operation to detect workpiece defects or malfunctions, making adjustments as necessary.

+ Read blueprints or job orders to determine product specifications and tooling instructions, planning operational sequences accordingly.

+ Set up and operate various machines such as lathes, cutters, shears, borers, millers, grinders, presses, and drills and folders to cut paper products to appropriate sizes and shapes

+ Perform minor machine maintenance, including oiling, cleaning, and adding coolant, and notify supervisors when major repairs are needed.

What's Needed?

+ High school diploma or GED required.

+ 0-2 years of related experience preferred.

+ Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical instructions.

+ Basic knowledge of machines, tools, and production processes.

+ Ability to communicate effectively in English.
