Our client, a leading organization in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, is seeking a Packaging Operator to join their team. As a Packaging Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Packaging Operator

**Location:** Zebulon, NC

**Pay Range:** $18.50

**Shift:** Multiple shifts available

What's the Job?

+ Operate, challenge, and clean equipment according to SOPs, JSAs, and batch documents to ensure high-quality product manufacturing.

+ Monitor equipment for excessive rejects and troubleshoot minor downtime issues to maintain production flow.

+ Perform changeovers and set up equipment to design specifications, ensuring smooth start-up and operation.

+ Maintain inspection readiness of the work area with minimal supervision, adhering to cGMPs and OSHA requirements.

+ Utilize systems such as DELTA, SAP, and other applications to support production activities and data entry.

What's Needed?

+ High School Diploma or GED.

+ At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.

+ Ability to handle materials weighing up to 40 lbs.

+ Willingness to work up to 12.5 hours per shift if required.

+ Mechanical aptitude with the ability to read gauges, instrumentation, and operate equipment related to pharmaceutical production.
