    **Location:** Charleston, WV

    **Compensation:** Up to $18/hour or $720/week

    **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

    Key Responsibilities

    • Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials

    • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project plans

    • Measure, cut, and assemble materials with precision

    • Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently

    • Collaborate with other trades and team members on job sites

    • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience as a Carpenter in residential or commercial settings

    • Ability to read technical documents and blueprints

    • Skilled in using carpentry tools and equipment

    • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship

    • Reliable transportation and punctuality

    •** **Preferred Skills

    • OSHA 10 or 30 certification

    • Experience with framing, finish carpentry, or cabinetry

    • Familiarity with Charleston-area building codes and regulations
