Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing, is seeking a Manufacturing Controls Engineer to join their team. As a Manufacturing Controls Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting production and system optimization teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Manufacturing Controls Engineer

**Location:** Mebane, North Carolina

**Pay Range:** Compensation is based on experience and qualifications

What's the Job?

+ Design and validate engineering solutions through feasibility testing and implementation

+ Draft and evaluate engineering standards and specifications

+ Conduct data analysis to identify trends and support solution development

+ Design test procedures based on product specifications

+ Participate in ongoing training and capability development

What's Needed?

+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent

+ 3-5 years of relevant experience in engineering systems or controls

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

+ Ability to work independently and provide technical guidance

+ Familiarity with engineering development tools, testing protocols, and specification writing

+ Experience with Allen-Bradley controls is a MUST HAVE

+ Controls - writing, integration, & troubleshooting experience required
