Our client, a leading organization in the financial sector, is seeking a Data Warehouse Engineer (Charlotte or Addison) to join their dynamic team. As a Data Warehouse Engineer (Charlotte or Addison), you will be an integral part of the Data Solutions Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Job Title:** Data Warehouse Engineer (Charlotte or Addison)

**Location:** Charlotte, NC (preferred) or Addison, TX

What's the Job?

+ Collaborate closely with business partners to gather and develop detailed requirements for data warehouse solutions.

+ Design, develop, and implement ETL processes within a Data Warehouse environment, ensuring high performance and scalability.

+ Lead discussions with architecture teams to determine optimal design solutions and propose innovative technology adoption ideas.

+ Coordinate with nearshore and offshore teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.

+ Work alongside Business Analysts to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions, addressing real-time production issues.

What's Needed?

+ 15+ years of experience as a Data Warehouse Developer or similar role.

+ Expertise in Oracle Exadata, Oracle SQL, and PLSQL.

+ Strong understanding of Data Warehousing concepts and Dimensional Data Modeling.

+ Hands-on experience with ETL processing and performance tuning for large data volumes.

+ Excellent analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and lead initiatives.
