Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to join their team. As a Manufacturing Associate, you will be part of the production department supporting daily manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have reliability, attention to detail, and strong teamwork skills which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Manufacturing Associate
**Pay Range:** $15/hr
**Shift:** 6pm - 6am, Sundays, Fridays, Saturdays, OT if needed
(training on 1st shift M-Th)
What's the Job?
+ Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment following established procedures
+ Assemble products to meet specified quality and safety standards
+ Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues
+ Inspect finished products for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards
+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
What's Needed?
+ 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred)
+ Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with manufacturing equipment
+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
+ Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in a fast-paced setting
+ Strong teamwork and communication skills
