    Our client, a global manufacturer in the industrial and medical sector, is seeking a Production Operator to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be part of the Manufacturing Team, supporting daily production operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in the manufacturing industry.

     

    **Job Title:** Production Operator

    **Location:** Canaan, CT

    **Shift:** 1st Shift – Rotating - Alternating Schedule (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

    + Schedule:

    **Week 1:** Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday

    **Week 2:** Sunday, Wednesday, Friday

    **Pay Rate:** $20 per hour

     

    What’s the Job?

     

    + Perform routine production tasks, including filling, packing, labeling, and inspecting.

    + Support equipment changeovers and assist with basic troubleshooting and maintenance.

    + Conduct in-process quality checks and ensure product meets required specifications.

     

    What’s Needed?

     

    + High school diploma or GED preferred.

    + Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is required.

    + Ability to follow directions, communicate effectively, and work flexible/rotating shifts.
