    Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Machine Operator

    **Location:** Lincoln, NH

    Pay Range: $21+

    **Shift:** 3rd Shift: 11pm - 7:30am (MON-SAT)

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Operate machines and equipment to assist with manufacturing processes

    + Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, diagrams, and manufacturing instructions

    + Record production data accurately, including good parts and scrap

    + Maintain inventory at work stations and perform quality checks

    + Ensure safety standards are followed and report any hazards or issues

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Ability to read and interpret tape measures and measuring devices

    + Basic math and reading skills

    + Ability to operate basic hand tools and machinery

    + Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity

    + Effective communication skills in English
