Our client is seeking a **Microbiology Quality Control** Analyst to join their team. As a Microbiology Quality Control Analyst, you will be part of the Quality Control Department supporting microbiology testing and environmental monitoring. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Microbiology Quality Control Analyst

**Location:** Hayward, CA

What's the Job?

+ Conduct environmental monitoring of ISO 5, 7, 8, and 9 cleanrooms at manufacturing facilities, including water collection.

+ Support microbiology analysis of raw materials, in-process, and finished goods samples.

+ Perform microbiological testing such as endotoxin testing, bioburden analysis, and growth promotion.

+ Read microbial plates, interpret test results, and ensure data accuracy in laboratory records.

+ Maintain laboratory equipment, perform calibrations, and support compliance with SOPs, FDA, GLP, QSR, and cGMP regulations.

What's Needed?

+ B.S. degree in Microbiology or Biology.

+ Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry preferred.

+ Proficiency with laboratory equipment and tools, with a keen eye for detail.

+ Effective verbal and written communication skills.

+ Ability to learn new computer systems and programs efficiently.
