    Our client, a leader in manufacturing operations, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Worker-Shift 1 to join their team. As a Production Worker-Shift 1, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing process, supporting production teams and ensuring the smooth operation of assembly lines. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully within the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Production Worker-Shift 1

    **Location:** Jefferson, GA

    Pay Range: $16

    **Shift:** 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Assist with assembly of components on the production line on the shop floor

    + Load or unload items from machines, trays, and trolleys on the production line

    + Feed or place items onto equipment or conveyors for packing and palletizing

    + Ensure conformance to specifications and manufacturing instructions

    + Perform all production-related tasks and activities following company policies and safety procedures

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Ability to perform each operational duty satisfactorily

    + Strong attention to detail and results-driven mindset

    + Effective communication skills, both oral and written

    + Basic mathematical skills

    + Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and work overtime or weekends as needed
