Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and industrial services, is seeking a Custodian to join their team. As a Custodian, you will be part of the Facilities Maintenance Department supporting the daily operations and cleanliness of the facility. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Custodian

**Location:** Littleton, NH

Pay Range: $19+

**Shift:** Monday through Friday, 7am-3:30pm; options for 2nd or 3rd shift available upon request

What's the Job?

+ Perform heavy cleaning duties including floors, walls, glass, and rubbish removal

+ Operate industrial cleaning equipment and machinery safely and efficiently

+ Maintain a safe and hygienic work environment by following safety procedures

+ Handle and store cleaning supplies and chemicals responsibly

+ Monitor building security and notify management of repairs or safety concerns

What's Needed?

+ High School Diploma or equivalent

+ Experience with facilities maintenance preferred

+ Certification or experience with chemicals and hazardous materials required

+ Ability to stand, sit, bend, lift, push, and pull regularly over an 8-10 hour shift

+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and handle heavy equipment and machinery
