Our client, which specializes in advanced engineering solutions and product development in automotive, defense systems, and robotics, is seeking multiple Controls Engineers in their Sterling Heights, MI location. You’ll be responsible for the design, specification, development, and implementation of controls systems for various devices.
**Job Title:** Controls Engineer
**Location:** Sterling Heights, MI
**Pay Rate:** $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
**Benefits:** Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k
About the Role:
+ Conduct control system testing and document the results for analysis.
+ Review reports and test results to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and functionality of control systems.
+ Participate in the design and development of new components.
+ Ensure the proper maintenance of all equipment related to control systems.
+ Maintain quality and safety standards throughout control system processes.
Requirements:
+ A minimum of 4 years of professional experience working with Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar PLC products.
+ Ability to perform control system inventory management, ensuring accurate records and organized documentation.
+ Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and address issues that may arise with control systems is preferred.
+ An outstanding attitude and willingness to learn.
