    Our client, a leading healthcare organization, is seeking a Revenue Cycle Operations Escalations & Vendor Management to join their team. As a Revenue Cycle Operations Escalations & Vendor Management, you will be part of the Revenue Cycle Management department supporting operational excellence and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Revenue Cycle Operations Escalations & Vendor Management

    **Location:** Remote

     

    Pay Range: $69/hr

     

    Shift: 8 am - 5pm flexible

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Investigate and resolve complex reimbursement, claim, and billing issues escalated by internal teams, vendors, and field staff.

    + Review and contribute to Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) for field-impacting issues, ensuring actionable and sustainable solutions.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to implement resolution plans and communicate outcomes.

    + Serve as a point of contact for RCM vendor escalations, monitor service-level agreement (SLA) compliance, and support corrective action efforts.

    + Assist in conducting performance reviews with Commercial/Field Sales, Finance, and RCM vendors to assess trends and identify improvement opportunities.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Minimum of 2 years of experience at the Director or Senior Manager level in healthcare revenue cycle operations.

    + Proven experience working with both onshore and offshore teams.

    + Strong program management background, particularly in managing implementations, may be considered in lieu of Director-level experience.

    + Familiarity with escalation governance frameworks and centralized tracking systems.

    + Strong understanding of CMS compliance, payer requirements, and healthcare reimbursement workflows.
