    Basic Job Functions:

    The Cold Mill Shift Supervisor responsibilities include, but are not limited to, working with the Cold Mill leadership team to achieve zero injuries, coach and develop our team, continuously improve the process, and achieve commercial excellence. The Cold Mill Shift Supervisor is responsible for motivating teammates, defining expectations, and ensuring those expectations are met. This person is responsible for communicating the goals of the department and developing a plan to achieve those goals. Must be willing to actively participate in meetings and activities before, during, and after regularly scheduled work hours. Able to work rotating shifts and scheduled/unscheduled overtime including nights, weekends and holidays.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + Minimum of 5 years of steel experience

    + Minimum of 3 years prior supervisory or leadership experience

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Minimum 5 years cold mill experience

    + Prior experience on Pickle Lines/Tandem Cold Mills/Reversing Mills/Temper Mills/Annealing and Roll Shop

    + Sheet mill experience
