Our client is seeking a dedicated Payment Specialist to join their team. As a Payment Specialist, you will be an integral part of the Finance Department supporting the financial operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will enable you to thrive within the organization.
**Job Title:** Payment Specialist
**Location:** Terre Haute, IN
**Pay Range:** $17
**Shift:** 8am-4:30pm
What's the Job?
+ Process payments efficiently and accurately
+ Balance cash drawers and execute cash transfers as needed
+ Provide financial guidance and support
+ Reconcile monetary activity, including web payment transactions for various units
+ Complete processing of departmental deposits promptly and record deposits in electronic logs
What's Needed?
+ Ability to perform detailed financial transactions with accuracy
+ Excellent communication skills
+ Experience with financial reconciliation processes is a plus
+ HS Diploma
