    Our client, a leader in the autonomous vehicle industry, is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of the Fleet Operations Department supporting Engineering and Operational teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, and clear communication which will align successfully in the organization.

    **Pay Range:** $49.73

     

    What’s the Job?

     

    + Develop and manage high-fidelity program plans for fleet operations initiatives

    + Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive production planning and vehicle movement strategies

    + Create risk mitigation plans and manage fleet-wide issue resolution

    + Translate engineering requirements into actionable rework and maintenance tasks

    + Optimize repair and maintenance processes to maximize fleet uptime

     

    What’s Needed?

     

    + 3+ years of program or project management experience

    + Strong leadership and time management abilities

    + Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills

    + Detail-oriented with clear and effective communication

    + Familiarity with health and safety standards in fleet operations
