    What’s the Job?

     

    + Define and align technology initiatives with stakeholders; author functional specs and documentation.

    + Create and manage schedules and milestones for feature development.

    + Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely delivery.

    + Identify risks early and drive resolution to avoid escalation.

    + Lead meetings, manage communications, and ensure alignment across engineering and product teams.

    + Be available for incident resolution related to marketplace features (on-call as needed).

     

    What’s Needed?

     

    + Minimum 5 years in project/program/producer management.

    + Proven experience working with engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders.

    + Strong background in using tools like MS Office, Slack, Teams, and RAS

    + Strong technical acumen with experience in building and maintaining high-performance applications.

    + Ability to translate business goals into actionable feature plans.

    + Skilled in creating and maintaining production schedules across disciplines.

    + Excellent written and verbal communication; adept at conflict resolution.

    + Comfortable with ambiguity and proactive in driving progress.
