Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking an Assembly Technician to join their team. As an Assembly Technician, you will be part of the production department supporting the assembly line operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong manual dexterity, and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Assembly

**Pay Range:** $18.00 per hour

**Shift:** 6a-230pm

What's the Job?

+ Selects components, aligns, and assembles them in proper sequence by drilling holes, adding rivets, screws, bolts, braces, tape, cement, or solder to meet specifications.

+ Selects appropriate sub-assemblies or component parts and installs in the unit in specified sequence according to SOE.

+ Applies wiring harnesses, sensors, and other electrical components in cabinets as per Sequence of Events (SOE).

+ Uses a wide range of hand tools, drills, rivet guns, saws, hy-pot testers, and drill presses.

+ Inspects parts during sub-assembly and at key points to ensure that units meet quality standards prior to moving to the next workstation.

What's Needed?

+ No prior experience required; entry-level candidates encouraged to apply.

+ Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures.

+ Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

+ Willingness to perform repetitive tasks and work in a team setting.

+ Basic understanding of electrical wiring and assembly is a plus but not mandatory.
