    Required Skills & Experience

    + 5+ years of **Java** backend development experience

    + Strong understanding of Spring Boot and microservices architecture

    + Hands-on experience with Kubernetes or other container orchestration platforms

    + Exposure to public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

    Desired Skills & Experience

    + Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging systems

    + Knowledge of Terraform, Helm, or other infrastructure-as-code tools

    + Background in financial services, fintech, or other regulated industries
