The Selling Partner Identity and Risk team addresses risk from Selling Partner accounts across three areas. The team enforces Amazon’s selling and listing policies regardless of whether they are acting alone, or in collusion with other entities. The team also creates a trustworthy selling experience to ensure that Selling Partners perceive Amazon as the safest and most effective store in which to sell their products worldwide. Finally, the team partners with all SPS teams to audit and ensure accuracy in our enforcement actions.
About the role
We’re looking for leaders who are passionate about providing exceptional products, thinking globally, and innovating on behalf of Amazon and its Customers.
• Identifying, driving and tracking initiatives that improve the customer experience.
• Conducting analysis to isolate issues, developing solutions based on changing business priorities.
• Interacting with stakeholder teams to define and deliver solutions and establish standard processes.
• Working with machine learning and engineering teams to build the solution to mitigate to tackle ongoing issues.
• Build processes to improve the team’s overall efficiency.

Key job responsibilities
Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
A Bachelor’s degree or higher
Experience owning program strategy and end to end delivery
Experience defining and executing against program requirements
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 5+ years of team management experience
- 5+ years of cross functional project delivery experience
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $114,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $189,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
