    Shift: 7:30a-4:30p at a 24/7 Continuous Operations Facility

    What you’ll do…

     

    + Apply advanced troubleshooting skills to maintain and repair production and facility equipment.

    + Lead and support maintenance personnel during your shift, spending 85% of your time on the floor.

    + Monitor KPIs and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and GMP standards.

    + Coordinate schedules, resources, and shift handovers to maintain maximum output.

    + Perform root cause analysis and recommend process improvements.

    + Train and mentor team members, providing feedback and technical guidance.

    + Utilize SAP and other systems to track maintenance activities and generate reports.

    + Support lean initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.

     

    What you’ll need...

     

    + High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

    + Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience in a fast-paced environment with

    + Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to train others.

    + Advanced mechanical aptitude with knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and OPS machinery (Thermoforming/Extrusion).

    + Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, and production software.

    + Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

    + Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

    Preferred Experience:

    + Leading to LEAN (L2L) Maintenance Planning/Scheduling Tool

    + Prior training or supervisory experience

    + For our facilities openings, we prefer candidates with previous experience with heating, cooling, HVAC, plumbing
