    Overview

     

    To compile, research, analyze, document data, requirements, workflow / processes, and functionality and test for respective ETS group. To develop and evaluate information and prepare recommendations. This role involves collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with the product roadmap and enterprise strategy.

    Responsibilities

    + Collaborates with business and technology stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring they align with the product vision and roadmap and define the success criteria for the product.

    + Partners with TPO for overall product board/backlog creation including Epics, Features, Stories, and Non-Functional Requirements, maintenance, and management; ensuring they are prioritized and aligned with strategic initiatives.

    + Utilizes SAFe principles to facilitate the planning, execution, and delivery of technology products.

    + Elicits and documents functional and non-functional requirements using variety of techniques, including interviews, document analysis, storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and diagramming.

    + Develop and present requirements using various models, prototypes, and scenarios to ensure clear communication with stakeholders.

    + Reviews and translates technical specifications into technical tasks and works with technical team to further refine the technical requirements

    + Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the product lifecycle, managing changes through effective change management practices.

    + Participates in PI (Program Increment) Planning sessions to define and prioritize work items for upcoming sprintsCreates and communicates artifacts translating business needs into executable requirements.

    + Collaborates with third-party vendors to understand system capabilities and integrate them into the product roadmap.

    + Supports product team in testing the business and technical requirements.

    + Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying and implementing best practices to enhance product quality and delivery.

    + Conducts competitive research and data analysis to inform product decisions and strategies.

    + Mentors and guides Interns, Contractors, and other Analyst staff.

    + Perform other related duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    + Proven experience in a Technology Product Analyst role, preferably within a SAFe environment.

    + Strong understanding of SAFe principles and practices.

    + Knowledge and experience in APIs, Databases, SQL and ability to test business and technical requirements.

    + Experience in translating technical specifications into technical requirements.

    + Advanced skills in requirements analysis and documentation.

    + Proficiency with Agile tools such Azure DevOps.

    + Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

    + Knowledge of cloud platforms and technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS).

    + Proficient in MS Office tools, including advanced knowledge of Excel and Visio.

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

    + Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.

    + Ability to work independently, as part of a product team and with other cross functional teams.

    + Experience in vendor management and evaluation.

    + Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

    Desired Qualifications

    + Experience with financial industry standards and practices.

    + Knowledge of digital banking transformation.

    + Experience with digital payments.

    + Experience with agile delivery frameworks, such as Azure DevOps

    + Certification in SAFe Agilist (SA), SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM), MS Azure Cloud Fundamentals or similar.

     

    Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM
