Responsibilities
The Radiology Systems Unit is looking for an Application Analyst to join the team that implements and supports a wide variety of image processing systems used directly by the clinical Radiology practice across the Mayo Enterprise.
This position will be responsible for Radiology IT tasks such as:
+ Working with a project team to implement vended image processing systems in the Mayo clinical environment.
+ Developing a thorough knowledge of select systems, filling the role of system matter expert on these applications, while implementing system upgrades and configurations.
+ Producing and maintaining documentation such as systems requirements, designs, system relationships, and support models.
+ Performing system maintenance and providing problem solving support on requests from the user community.
+ Participating in the IT Change Management process for testing, communicating, and implementing system updates.
The ideal candidate for this position will have experience supporting vended applications in a clinical environment consisting of systems with high demands for uptime and reliability. Successful candidates will have strong analytical skills, strong process orientation, documentation experience, experience with level 3 support, along with skills in customer service.
This position includes membership on an on-call rotation providing support to the Radiology systems.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree OR Associate’s Degree with 2 years’ experience in business analysis.Vendor application certification may be required.

This position is 100% remote within the United States; however, the incumbent may be asked to come on campus once a month for IT Culture and Connect activities.
