    POSITION SUMMARY

    Provide outstanding customer service support for local office AV installations - new and existing. Perform monitoring, maintenance and administrative tasks related to network connectivity and software configuration changes while optimizing system performance. On smaller projects, take the lead, and on larger projects, join the team. Ensure that assistance is given in a professional and polite manner, with a focus on promptness. This is an entry-level technical role with plenty of opportunities for direct mentoring from senior team members.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    + Provide day-to-day remote operational support of AV equipment.

    + Assist in performance monitoring and capacity planning of the AV environment.

    + Act as an escalation point for the ServiceDesk to investigate and resolve assigned incidents.

    + Participate in planning and deployment of new and upgraded device installations across internal and vendor teams.

    + Effectively communicate with users, peers, vendors, and management by blending appropriate levels of detail to ensure understanding.

    + Assist in technology evaluation and selection processes, ensuring compatibility between business requirements and technical performance. Document analysis and recommendations

    + Assist in documenting clear processes and procedures to ensure continued collaboration success.

    + Facilitate the adoption and deployment of new technologies.

    Additional Duties may include:

    + Participate in scheduling, coordination and tracking of installation and disconnects of AV Equipment

    + Communicate with business owners to document objectives and goals and create solutions to help them meet their goals.

    + Assist with audits across core team solutions to meet enterprise cost containment goals.

    + Other tasks as needed to support overall IT team performance.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    + Strong written and oral communication skills

    + Strong troubleshooting, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities

    + Advanced knowledge of Excel techniques to support analytical responsibilities.

    + Well-organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, self-motivated, and capable of completing troubleshooting and problem-solving activities.

    + Prefer 3+ years of previous IT help experience.

    + Familiar with change management, problem management, release management, quality management, and incident tracking

    _Disclosure required under applicable law in California, Colorado, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, New Jersey, and Washington states: The expected salary range for this position is $60,000 - $75,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
