             ### Job Duties JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Greets and directs employees and potential employees. • Accepts applications and assists with the application process. • Responds to telephone calls, emails, and requests for new hardware and software purchases. • Assists Human Resource staff with developing and processing correspondence, policies, and procedure, programs literature, forms and documents, media materials, power-point presentations, spreadsheets, editable PDFs, form creation, digital signatures, and other work processing documents. • Plan for and assist with special projects. • Assist Human Resource staff with planning, coordination, meeting logistics, and calendar maintenance. • Schedules and attends meeting to take notes as needed, disseminate notes, file within the network. • Assists with maintain network folders organizing system. • Assist with preparation of memos, correspondence, and other communication as needed. • Research options for purchases and prepare paperwork for approval. • Assist with purchase orders and voucher payment requests as needed. • Arrange travel itineraries and make travel arrangements for the Human Resources department. • Appropriate work attire required. • Must attend all mandatory department trainings. • Ensures confidentiality of financial records and all records for employees and/or clients. • Displays a responsive and professional manner in promptly responding to all requests, complaints, and problems. • Recognizes that each employee is a representative of the Fond du Lac Band of Lake Superior Chippewa and is responsible for demonstrating courtesy, respect, and sensitivity to the needs of all others, including visitors and co-workers. • Represents the Fond du Lac Band of Lake Superior Chippewa and the department in a positive and professional manner in the community. • Required to maintain proper attendance including reporting to work on time in accordance with applicable policies. • Maintains a clean and organized work area. • Due to changes and modifications in the job from time to time, employees are required to be flexible and assume other responsibilities assigned by management as deemed necessary. ### Minimum Education Required •Associate’s degree; three years’ secretarial/administrative office experience; or a combination of education and experience is required. ### Minimum Experience Required •Associate’s degree; three years’ secretarial/administrative office experience; or a combination of education and experience is required. ### Shift First (Day) ### Number of Openings 1 ### Public Transportation Accessible Yes ### Veterans Encouraged to Apply Yes ### Physical Required No ### Drug Test Required Yes ### Compensation $17.31 - $19.47 / Hourly ### Postal Code 55720 ### Place of Work On-site ### Requisition ID 2838 ### Job Type Full Time ### Job Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, 14 paid holidays per year, life insurance, short and long-term disability, retirement ### Application Link https://www.fdlband.org/services/human_resources/employment_opportunities.php
