Responsibilities for a Production Associate include but are not limited to:
• Operate assigned machinery and equipment in a safe and productive manner.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished products.
• Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and general upkeep of the work area.
Candidates for Production Associate must meet the following requirements to be considered:
• Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Entry-level; no prior manufacturing experience required.
• Must be willing to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must pass a pre-placement background check.
• Physical requirements include continuous standing, frequent lifting/carrying, bending, squatting, pushing/pulling, twisting, reaching, and grasping. Occasional climbing/balancing required.
• Steel-toed shoes required.

**Pay Details:** $19.33 per hour
