**Role Overview:** Provide advanced life support and critical care transport in pre-hospital and interfacility settings. Collaborate with a high-performing flight team to stabilize and transport critically ill or injured patients.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Conduct patient assessments and perform emergency interventions

+ Deliver high-quality care across all age groups

+ Maintain accurate clinical documentation

+ Participate in training and equipment readiness

+ Collaborate with dispatch, healthcare teams, and leadership

+ Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications:

+ Valid California Paramedic certification (or ability to obtain)

+ 3–5 years of experience in EMS or 911 response

+ Active BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP, PHTLS/ITLS (NRP preferred)

+ FP-C certification or willingness to obtain within 24 months

+ Strong communication and teamwork skills

+ Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. and meet physical readiness standards

+ Must maintain a weight of 235 lbs. or less

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field

+ Prior flight or critical care transport experience

+ Instructor-level certifications (ACLS, PALS, BLS)

**Pay Details:** $63,621.00 to $89,443.00 per year
