    Responsibilities for a Procurement Analyst include:

    + Establish, coordinate, and administer purchase agreements and contracts with vendors.

    + Assist in developing technical and contractual terms and conditions.

    + Review and recommend approval for all contract changes, including financial adjustments.

    + Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with purchasing policies.

    + Process invoices and reconcile billing discrepancies.

    + Collaborate with internal departments to meet material and service requirements.

    Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for this role:

    + High school diploma or GED.

    + At least 2 years handling invoicing, contracts, or related billing documentation.

    + Strong proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite.

    + Solid math and analytical skills.

    + Experience with **AS9** and **Oracle** systems preferred.

    + Accounting or billing background a plus.

    Details:

    + **Location:** Onsite at Everett, MA

    + **Assignment Type:** Temp (6-Month Contract, possibility to convert to a permanent position)

    + **Schedule:** Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Flexible 20-hour work week)

    + **Pay Rate:** $43.00 per hour

    + **Target Start Date:** 10/29/2025
