    We’re seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our Neurology practice in Tampa, FL. This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with neurologists and patients, providing essential clinical support in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.

    What You’ll Do

    + Greet, room, and prepare patients for neurology visits and procedures

    + Record vital signs, review medical history, and update information accurately in the EMR system

    + Assist neurologists with specialty procedures such as EMGs, EEGs, nerve conduction studies, Botox injections, and other in-office treatments

    + Provide patient education and instructions for diagnostic tests and ongoing care

    + Support medication administration, specimen collection, and coordination of lab work

    + Manage patient calls, messages, and scheduling with professionalism and attention to detail

    + Maintain OSHA compliance and adhere to clinic safety and infection control standards

    + Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and fellow MAs to ensure smooth daily operations

    What We’re Looking For

    + Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, CCMA, or equivalent)

    + Previous experience in Neurology, Internal Medicine, or other specialty care preferred

    + Strong clinical and technical skills, including vitals, injections, and procedure assistance

    + Excellent communication and multitasking abilities

    + Compassionate and professional approach to patient care
