• Aseptic Vial Filling Technician - 3rd shift

    Adecco is hiring for a **3rd Shift Aseptic Vial Filling Technician** on behalf of a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer in Syracuse. This is a temp-to-hire position paying **$25-27/hour** , depending on experience.

    What You’ll Do

     

    As an Aseptic Vial Filling Technician, you’ll be part of a skilled team responsible for safely and accurately filling sterile pharmaceutical products. You’ll work in a clean-room setting, following strict quality and safety standards to ensure every product meets regulatory requirements.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Set up, operate, and monitor filling equipment, vial washers, sterilizing tunnels, and related systems.

    + Follow aseptic techniques and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain product sterility.

    + Perform cleaning, sanitization, and preventive maintenance on equipment and production areas.

    + Operate autoclaves to sterilize components and machine parts.

    + Ensure all materials and components are handled properly according to documentation and procedures.

    + Participate in ongoing training and maintain qualifications for working in aseptic areas.

    + Support process improvements and assist with occasional Quality Control or environmental monitoring activities.

    + Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain a safe, efficient workplace.

    Who You Are

    + **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Science or a related field preferred.

    + **Experience:** 1–3 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing or a similar production environment preferred.

    + **Skills:**

    + Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and maintain equipment.

    + Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.

    + Ability to thrive in a sterile, regulated environment.

    + Team-oriented, reliable, and willing to work overtime as needed.

    **Pay Details:** $25.00 to $27.00 per hour
