    Procurement Specialist – Manufacturing & MRO

    **Location:** Sarasota, FL

    **Pay:** Competitive, based on experience

    **Schedule:** Full-time | Overtime as needed

    About the Role:

    Adecco is hiring a **Procurement Specialist** to support manufacturing and MRO operations in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be responsible for sourcing parts, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of materials to support production.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Issue purchase orders and ensure proper documentation

    + Procure parts for customer units and ensure FAA traceability

    + Monitor and expedite orders using ERP systems

    + Communicate delivery status to internal teams

    + Identify cost-saving opportunities through global sourcing

    + Manage inventory levels and supplier portals (SAP)

    + Coordinate claims, warranties, and supplier communications

    + Maintain procurement metrics and KPIs

    + Resolve material discrepancies and support supply chain operations

    What We’re Looking For:

    + Bachelor’s degree + 3 years in supply chain _(or 5+ years experience without a degree)_

    + ERP system experience (SAP preferred)

    + Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills

    + Excellent communication and service orientation

    + Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

    Work Environment:

    + 80% stationary, 20% mobility

    + Office and production floor setting

    + Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs

    **Pay Details:** $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
