    Operator/ Set Up has the responsibility of preparing, adjusting and operating complex industrial production machinery following the established work plan. Makes basic tool mounts (dies/molds) as established by the production plan, makes adjustments/repairs at a basic level and follows the manufacturing specifications established for the product. Complies with safety regulations, quality standards, policies and procedures established by the company. In This Function You Will:-Operate equipment or machines and fixtures to do work that meets required specifications.-Ensure that the conditions of the equipment and machinery work well.-Inspect the product you handle according to specifications and repair it if necessary.-Observe and obey all established health and safety rules.-Notify supervisor or designee of any abnormal deviation.-Follow the policies and procedures established by the company at all times. Required Qualifications-Education: High School Diploma and/or Technical Certificate in Mechanics or Toolmaker. -Experience: 0 - 6 months of experience in manufacturing processes, tools and basic knowledge using Tooling equipment. -Valid driver's license Preferred Skills-Good interpersonal relationships. -Punctuality and responsibility in your work area. -Communication skills. -Follow instructions. -Organization in your work area. -Knowledge of Kanban, TPM, Lean and 5S.

     

    El operador/montador tiene la responsabilidad de preparar, ajustar y operar maquinaria de producción industrial compleja siguiendo el plan de trabajo establecido. Fabrica montajes básicos de herramientas (matrices/moldes) según lo establecido por el plan de producción, realiza ajustes/reparaciones a un nivel básico y sigue las especificaciones de fabricación establecidas para el producto. Cumple con las normas de seguridad, estándares de calidad, políticas y procedimientos establecidos por la empresa. En esta función, usted: -Operará equipos o máquinas y accesorios para realizar trabajos que cumplan con las especificaciones requeridas. -Se asegurará de que las condiciones del equipo y la maquinaria funcionen bien. -Inspeccionará el producto que maneja de acuerdo con las especificaciones y lo reparará si es necesario. -Observará y obedecerá todas las normas de salud y seguridad establecidas. -Notificará al supervisor o persona designada de cualquier desviación anormal. -Seguirá las políticas y procedimientos establecidos por la empresa en todo momento. Cualificaciones requeridas -Educación: Diploma de escuela secundaria y/o Certificado Técnico en Mecánica o Fabricante de Herramientas. -Experiencia: 0 - 6 meses de experiencia en procesos de manufactura, herramientas y conocimientos básicos en uso de equipo de herramental.-Licencia de conducir vigente. Habilidades Preferibles-Buenas relaciones interpersonales.-Puntualidad y responsabilidad en su área de trabajo.-Habilidades de comunicación.-Seguir instrucciones.-Organización en su área de trabajo.-Conocimiento de Kanban, TPM, Lean y 5S.

     

    **Pay Details:** $11.25 per hour
