Certified Medical Assistant – Urology/Gynecology

**Location:** Tampa, FL

Full-Time | Direct Hire | Monday–Friday Schedule

**Pay Range:** $17.11 – $27.37 per hour (based on experience)

We’re seeking an experienced and compassionate **Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)** to join our **Urology/Gynecology** practice in **Tampa, FL** . This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with physicians and patients, providing hands-on clinical support, assisting with procedures, and ensuring efficient daily clinic operations.

What You’ll Do

+ Greet, room, and prepare patients for Urology and Gynecology visits, consultations, and procedures

+ Record and monitor **vital signs** , review medical histories, and document accurately in the **EMR system**

+ Assist physicians with specialty exams, diagnostic procedures, and follow-up care

+ Support **specimen collection, lab work, and medication administration** as needed

+ Manage patient calls, provide triage and follow-up with professionalism and empathy

+ Maintain compliance with **OSHA, infection control, and safety standards**

+ Work collaboratively with providers and teammates to ensure smooth and efficient clinic flow

What We’re Looking For

+ **Certified or Registered Medical Assistant** (CMA, RMA, CCMA, or equivalent required)

+ **At least 6 months of experience in Urology, Gynecology, or other specialty care required; 1 year preferred**

+ Proficient in **clinical documentation, EMR systems, and patient coordination**

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

+ Ability to multitask and deliver high-quality care in a fast-paced environment

Schedule & Work Environment

+ **Full-Time, Monday through Friday**

+ Daytime hours – no weekends or holidays

+ Supportive, team-oriented practice with a focus on patient-centered care

Compensation & Benefits

**Pay Details:** $17.11 to $27.37 per hour
