**Job Description:** The Warehouse Excellence Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring processes are executed efficiently and accurately while maintaining compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. This role includes supervising staff, managing workflows, and ensuring the timely and error-free handling of freight, including receiving, staging, loading, and cross-dock operations. Additionally, the supervisor is responsible for managing and ensuring accurate data within the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to support operational success.
_Duties/Responsibilities:_
1. **Team Supervision:**
+ Directly supervise QC & Receiving staff, including, ensuring adherence to company
policies and operational standards.
+ Assign and monitor daily tasks, ensuring work is completed efficiently and accurately.
+ Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to team members to foster professional growth.
1. **Operational Oversight:**
+ Ensure the receiving process is completed accurately and within the 1-hour
timeframe, with freight located in the correct areas and grouped together.
+ Oversee scanning, staging, and loading processes to maintain accuracy and
minimize errors.
+ Ensure that cross-dock operations run smoothly, with no delays, missing cargo,
or overages.
Maximize Warehouse Space and Organization following 5S concepts.
1. **Quality Assurance:**
+ Conduct regular checks to ensure all loads are accurate, clean, and free of
errors, damages, or missing cargo.
+ Verify that shipments are correctly labeled, loaded for the appropriate
customers, and comply with quality standards.
+ Monitor and enforce a clean, organized, and error-free loading process.
1. **WMS Management – Magaya:**
+ Oversee and ensure accurate data entry and updates in the Warehouse
Management System (WMS), Magaya.
+ Train and guide team members on proper usage of Magaya to maintain data
integrity and operational efficiency.
+ Address and resolve any system-related discrepancies, ensuring seamless
integration with operational workflows.
+ Generate reports and maintain records within Magaya to support operational,
compliance, and quality assurance objectives.
1. **Compliance Monitoring:**
+ Ensure all warehouse operations comply with company policies, safety
protocols, and regulatory requirements.
+ Implement and enforce adherence to Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and
other applicable standards.

+ Proactively identify and resolve issues such as delays, quality concerns, or
system discrepancies.
+ Prepare and submit reports on operational performance, quality metrics, and
compliance status.

5. **Safety:**
+ Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and
conducting regular safety checks.
+ Address potential hazards and promote a culture of safety among team
members.

+ Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and implement best
practices.
+ Collaborate with management to develop and refine processes, ensuring
alignment with company goals.

+ **Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned.**
Key Skills and Competencies:
+ Strong leadership and team management abilities.
+ Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in operational processes.
+ Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), specifically Magaya.
+ Knowledge of quality standards, inventory control, and compliance requirements.
+ Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Qualifications:
+ High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree in Engineer or logistics field is a plus).
+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
+ Familiarity with WMS and its applications in warehouse operations.
+ Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and quality assurance practices.
Performance Expectations:
+ Ensure all receiving and staging processes are completed accurately and on time.
+ Maintain 100% accuracy in scanning, loading, and shipment verification.
+ Minimize errors, damages, and delays during all warehouse operations.
+ Achieve compliance with all company policies, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.
+ Ensure the WMS, Magaya, is fully and accurately utilized to support efficient operations.
**Pay Details:** $24.03 to $25.96 per hour
