    Position Summary

    The Boutique Sales Associate will be stationed primarily at the front counter but will also stay active on the sales floor assisting customers, restocking merchandise, and helping maintain a beautiful and engaging shop environment. This role is perfect for someone who loves vintage style, enjoys helping people, and thrives in a small business setting.

     

    Schedule

     

    + 3-4 days per week including Saturdays

    + 10am - 4pm

    Responsibilities

    + Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance

    + Operate the cash register and handle customer purchases

    + Answer questions and help customers locate items throughout the store

    + Assist with merchandising and rotating inventory

    + Refresh product displays and help decorate featured areas

    + Assist with themed displays and window updates

    + Perform light cleaning to maintain a tidy shop environment

    + Help pack and ship online or in-store orders

    + Assist with product staging and photography for online listings or social media

    + Monitor inventory levels and restock as needed

    + Support store events or promotions when needed

    Qualifications

    + Retail, boutique, or customer service experience preferred

    + Friendly, outgoing, and positive personality

    + Strong attention to detail and visual presentation

    + Comfortable multitasking in a customer-facing setting

    + Reliable, punctual, and professional

    + Ability to lift and move boxes (up to 30 lbs) as needed

    + Interest in antiques, vintage style, or creative retail a plus!

    + Basic computer/register skills
