    Actalent (Chicago, IL)


    Responsibilities

    + Convert system design concepts into specific layouts.

    + Interpret information from various sources including basis of design, field surveys, and user input.

    + Design Information Communications Technology (ICT) systems within built environments.

    + Lead the design process for ICT projects.

    + Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across various offices.

    Qualifications

    + 5-10 years’ experience designing ICT systems in a Built Environment, Building Technology, or Electrical consultant firm.

    + Proficiency in Revit, particularly within the context of ICT design.

    + Experience in designing horizontal cabling, copper backbone, and fiber backbone systems.

    + Understanding of wireless access points, physical security systems, and audio-visual technology.

    + Experience with ICT systems and infrastructure, including budgets, capabilities, and options.

    + Familiarity with construction document and technology engineering.

    + RCDD certification is beneficial.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $43.26 - $72.12/hr.
