    Job Title: Construction Project Manager

    Job Description

    Oversee all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction through closeout. Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure project success. Coordinate with clients, engineers, and municipalities to maintain compliance and resolve challenges. Lead project planning for underground utilities, stormwater systems, and site development. Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards, including OSHA 30 requirements. Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.

    Responsibilities

    + Oversee all phases of construction projects.

    + Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and field teams.

    + Coordinate with clients, engineers, and municipalities for compliance and challenge resolution.

    + Lead project planning for underground utilities, stormwater systems, and site development.

    + Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory standards.

    + Mentor junior staff and promote a culture of accountability and excellence.

    Essential Skills

    + 8+ years of experience in construction, with a focus on commercial projects.

    + OSHA 30 certification.

    + Experience in commercial construction, or ground up multifamily.

    + Excellent communication and leadership skills.

    + Proficiency in project management software such as Procore or MS Project.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
