We are seeking a skilled and data-driven Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Westbrook, CT. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong background in industrial engineering, data systems, and process optimization. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing manufacturing efficiency through data analysis, system development, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

+ Enhance manufacturing efficiency through thorough data analysis and system development.

+ Utilize data manipulation skills to drive process improvements.

Essential Skills

+ Degree in Industrial Engineering or a similar discipline.

+ Strong project management experience.

+ Proficient in data manipulation using software such as Python, R, and SQL Server.

+ Experience with ERP systems and Power BI.

+ Knowledge of manufacturing KPIs.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with data manipulation in MS Access, Django.

+ Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

Work Environment

This role is based in Westbrook, CT, and requires local candidates. The work environment is data-driven, focusing on process optimization and continuous improvement. Candidates will work with various technologies including ERP systems, Power BI, and advanced data manipulation software. The position involves collaboration across multiple teams to enhance overall manufacturing efficiency.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
