    Job Title: Sr Project Manager

    Job Description

    Oversee all phases of utility and sitework construction projects, from pre-construction through closeout. Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure project success. Coordinate with clients, engineers, and municipalities to maintain compliance and resolve challenges. Lead project planning for underground utilities, stormwater systems, and site development. Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards, including OSHA 30 requirements. Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.

    Responsibilities

    + Oversee all phases of utility and sitework construction projects.

    + Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and field teams.

    + Coordinate with clients, engineers, and municipalities for compliance and challenge resolution.

    + Lead project planning for underground utilities, stormwater systems, and site development.

    + Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory standards.

    + Mentor junior staff and promote a culture of accountability and excellence.

    Essential Skills

    + 8+ years of experience in construction, with a focus on utility and sitework.

    + OSHA 30 certification.

    + Experience in utility construction or sitework, commercial construction, and civil construction.

    + Strong understanding of excavation, grading, trenching, and underground utility installation.

    + Excellent communication and leadership skills.

    + Proficiency in project management software such as Procore or MS Project.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.

    + Experience with wastewater infrastructure (treatment, conveyance, or stormwater systems) is strongly preferred.

    Work Environment

    Work onsite 5 days a week in either the Western, MA office or NH office, with occasional project site visits. The work environment promotes a family-driven culture, emphasizes employee well-being, and supports personal growth.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Worcester County, MA

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
