    Job Description

    As a Construction Superintendent, you will partner closely with the project manager to schedule various subcontractors and maintain the project schedule. You will be responsible for daily reporting, including project progress updates, RFIs, and Change Orders. Your role will involve overseeing overall site safety and managing subcontractors. Regular onsite communication with the end client is essential, as well as discussing project scope, budgets, overall performance, and project closeouts with stakeholders.

    Responsibilities

    + Partner with project manager on scheduling subcontractors and maintaining project schedule.

    + Provide daily reporting, including project progress updates, RFIs, and Change Orders.

    + Oversee overall site safety and management of subcontractors.

    + Maintain regular onsite communication with the end client.

    + Discuss project scope, budgets, overall performance, and closeouts with project stakeholders.

    Essential Skills

    + 5+ years of Site Superintendent experience.

    + Strong understanding of Mechanical systems, specifically chiller systems.

    + Proficiency in MS Project.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or relevant working experience.

    + Experience with construction management, subcontractor management, MEP, HVAC, safety protocols, and software such as Procore and Bluebeam.

    Work Environment

    This is a part-time position, requiring 3 days a week (24 hours total), onsite at a healthcare renovation project in Redmond. The company provides a vehicle for your use. This role is ideal for someone later in their career or between projects, seeking a part-time opportunity. Dress code and site-specific safety gear may be required.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract position based out of Redmond, Oregon.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $42.27/hr.
