Job Title: Recruiter
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting and talent acquisition, particularly within the construction or skilled trades industries. You will work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles, ensuring a seamless hiring process and positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities
+ Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
+ Source candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and industry events.
+ Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate the interview process.
+ Maintain candidate pipelines for key roles, including Superintendents, Project Managers, and Foremen.
+ Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
+ Collaborate with HR and project teams to forecast hiring needs and develop strategic recruiting plans.
+ Track and report recruiting metrics and outcomes.
Essential Skills
+ 2-5 years of experience in recruiting/talent acquisition, preferably in construction or skilled trades.
+ Experience with full cycle recruiting.
+ Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively.
+ Knowledge of the construction industry and related roles is a plus.
Work Environment
This role offers a hybrid work environment with 3 days in the office and 2 remote days.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Atlanta, Georgia.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $43.27/hr.
