Job Title: Product Development TechnicianJob Description
The technician will assist in the development, testing, and refinement of beverage formulations, working closely with R&D scientists, operations, and quality teams. This hands-on role includes bench work, sample preparation, trial support, and documentation.
Responsibilities
+ Prepare and execute product samples and trials, including batching, blending, and bench-top formulation.
+ Support product developers in evaluating new ingredients, formulations, and processing methods.
+ Accurately document trial results, sample feedback, and formulation changes.
+ Maintain lab equipment and ensure readiness for testing and development activities.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Quality, Operations) to support commercialization and scale-up.
+ Participate in sensory evaluations and assist in collecting feedback.
+ Help troubleshoot formulation or processing issues during trials.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Degree in the Sciences OR 2 years of Lab/Quality Experience in a regulated environment.
+ Associate degree or technical training in food science, chemistry, or a related field preferred.
+ Experience in food or beverage product development, lab work, or manufacturing support is a plus.
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
+ Good communication and documentation skills.
+ Willingness to learn and grow within a collaborative team.
Work Environment
The position is based at our manufacturing facilities in Little Chute and Neenah, WI, operating on an 8:30 am to 4:30 pm schedule, totaling 40 hours per week. The role involves working in a dynamic and collaborative environment, offering opportunities for professional growth based on performance.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Little Chute, Wisconsin.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
