    Join our dynamic team as a Quality Technician, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality in our food manufacturing facility. This position operates on the 1st shift from 7 am to 3:30 pm.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform quality checks throughout the food manufacturing process.

    + Conduct swabs and maintain quality documentation.

    + Perform audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.

    + Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods for quality assurance.

    Essential Skills

    + 1-2 years of experience in a quality role within a food manufacturing facility.

    + Proficiency in quality assurance and quality control processes.

    + Experience with quality checks on food manufacturing equipment.

    + Ability to perform quality audits and maintain quality documentation.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + A degree in the sciences is a plus but not required.

    Work Environment

    Work in a food manufacturing facility with multiple production lines, each producing different products based on daily order demands. Our bakery environment includes large mixers and ovens. Sanitation can be challenging as much of the machinery needs to be taken apart and hand washed.     This is a Permanent position based out of Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $49920.00/yr.

     

    This is a direct placement opportunity. Benefits will be provided upon start or earlier at the request of the client.
