Job Title: Civil Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Civil Engineer to join our team, focusing on land development projects. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in civil engineering and a passion for developing and mentoring staff.

Responsibilities

+ Lead and manage land development projects from inception to completion.

+ Design and implement stormwater management systems in compliance with NPDES permitting.

+ Utilize Civil 3D and AutoCAD for site development and civil design tasks.

+ Oversee grading and drainage plans to ensure adherence to engineering standards.

+ Collaborate with project engineering teams to deliver quality outcomes.

+ Contribute to departmental growth and development strategies.

Essential Skills

+ 10+ years of experience in land development.

+ Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

+ Proficiency in stormwater design and NPDES permitting.

+ Experience with Civil 3D and AutoCAD.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus.

+ Previous management experience in engineering projects.

Work Environment

This position offers a flexible work environment with 2 days working from home and 3 days in the office. The role provides an opportunity to help run the department and play a crucial role in the company's growth.

This is a Contract to Hire position seeking a civil engineer to support land development projects in the Greater Philadelphia area

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $57.69/hr.
