What You’ll Do

+ Analyze and design telecommunications structures including towers, mounts, and platforms

+ Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality and client satisfaction

+ Prepare and finalize structural reports that meet industry standards

+ Review and mentor junior engineers, providing feedback and guidance

+ Promote a culture of learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement

What You Bring

+ 4+ years of experience in structural engineering and project management

+ Proficiency with Risa 3D and tnxTower

+ Strong understanding of structural principles and applicable codes

+ PE license (preferred) or actively pursuing licensure

+ Excellent communication and leadership skills

Bonus Skills

+ Experience with Revit, BIM, and civil engineering principles

+ Analytical mindset with attention to detail

+ Adaptable team player with a passion for problem-solving and innovation

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $130000.00/yr.

Salary range of $85,000 – $ 100,000, based on experience.Performance-related bonus.Comprehensive benefits package including medical, PTO, and 401(k).Opportunities for growth and development in a supportive environment.Collaborative company culture focused on innovation.

This is a fully onsite position in Raleigh,NC.
