    Role Summary/Purpose:

    As the AVP, Solutions Engineering at Versatile Credit, you will be a part of an organization that works alongside potential customers (retailers and lenders) to solution and deploy innovative and successful financing experiences tailored to their brands, customers and processes. This is accomplished by leveraging the robust technology foundation and powerful analytic resources that are the core of Versatile Credit. You will join a team that is dynamic, fast paced, and enthusiastic in their approach.

Occasionally you may be required to commute to our nearest office for in person engagement activities such as business or team meetings, training and culture events._

    Essential Responsibilities:

    + Perform software requirements gathering and analysis with potential customers during the Sales Process.

    + Solutioning customer desired platform features to establish and clearly define the offering Versatile will build for each customer.

    + Creating and documenting workflows related to customer journeys and desired solutions to be built/provided by Versatile.

    + Interface between users, technical staff, and project management to drive completion of key project deliverables

    + Analyze problems and issues, determine impact, and help develop business solutions to remedy the identified issues

    + Perform software QA, UAT, & integration testing as needed

    + Assist with preparing and distributing precise slide decks for compliance reviews

    + Ability to quantify and prioritize activities. Having the ability to adapt to changing priorities and perform duties with minimal supervision is critical to success in this role.

    + Evaluate business processes to uncover areas for improvement, developing, and implementing solutions.

    + Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.

    Qualifications/Requirements:

    + Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in project management/solutions engineering or, in lieu of degree, High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in project management/solutions engineering.

    + Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills

    + Basic understanding of Jira and the Agile methodology

    Grade/Level: 10

     

    The salary range for this position is **100,000.00 - 170,000.00** USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.

     

    Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.

     

    Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.

    Eligibility Requirements:

    + You must be 18 years or older

    + You must have a high school diploma or equivalent

    + You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process

    + You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.

    + New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months' time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months' time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don't meet the time in position or performance expectations).
