Full Time Caregiver Compensation: $16.00/hr with 40 hrs/week. Potential of pay increase after probationary period and depending on job performance. The caregiver is a member of the dedicated care team who works under the supervision of a registered nurse and performs various personal care services as necessary to meet patient needs. Our commitment to incorporating advanced technology has offered our employees an opportunity to deliver their best performance. Responsibilities * Applicant must be available to work Monday-Friday from 7am-7pm. Will only be required to work 40 hours within that time-frame. Eligible for overtime for actual hours worked over 40 hours a week. * Provide patients with hygiene care as directed including, but not limited to: bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, undressing, toileting activities, feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, light housekeeping * Assist patients in active and passive range of motion defined by the plan of care, document observed changes, report any changes to the Director of Nursing * Assist patients in walking, outdoor activities, etc * Develop and promote a safe environment for quality patient care through adherence to established policies, procedures, and standards Requirements * High school diploma or GED, preferred * 1 year experienced in caregiving, required * Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray, required * Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card, required * Minimum one (1) year of documented experience is required * Reliable transportation with active insurance and valid driver's license is required * Adherence to HIPAA and client confidentiality, required Benefits * PTO/SPTO accrual * 401K offered with matching * AAA Coverage * Holiday pay when actual shifts worked on company recognized holidays * Optional insurances offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Critical Illness, Cancer, Hospital Confinement, Accident, Short-Term Disability, Life We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against applicants due to race, ethnicity, gender, veteran status, or on the basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class.*
