Job Title: Forklift Operator
Job Description
Join our team as a Forklift Operator in a dynamic manufacturing environment where we produce small metal parts for Toyota vehicles using large stamping presses, small machine welding stations, and production lines. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset to ensure seamless production processes.
Responsibilities
+ Operate a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently.
+ Communicate and coordinate with warehouse associates.
+ Handle production line operations, including pushing carts of products and moving materials around the facility.
+ Engage in lifting and labor tasks with a high level of initiative and attendance.
+ Maintain a strong safety record and adhere to safety protocols.
+ Perform material handling tasks, such as moving pallets with multiple units.
+ Be willing to assist in machine operating and other duties as requested, including assembly and order selection.
Essential Skills
+ 1-2 years of recent experience on a sit-down forklift.
+ Forklift certification is a plus.
+ Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, shipping, and receiving.
+ Ability to stand on feet for 10+ hours a day and lift 30+ lbs repeatedly.
+ Experience in a fast-paced environment and ability to interpret work instructions.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in a production facility or warehouse as a forklift driver.
+ Ability to lift over your head repeatedly.
+ Openness to perform other job duties as requested.

Work Environment
Work in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment where you'll be standing on your feet for 8-10 hour shifts. Collaborate with a team while operating within your own station, ensuring you are never fully alone.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.40 - $17.22/hr.
