    Job Title: CNC Grinding Operator - Off shift - Up to 24/hr!

    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled CNC Grinding Operator to join our team. You will be operating various five-axis CNC grinding machines including EWAG, STUDER, and STAR CUTTER GRINDER. This role requires setting up and operating these machines, adjusting speeds and feeds, and managing tooling changes. You will also perform machine changeovers with cycle times up to six hours, utilize AutoCAD or NX for programming, and conduct quality checks on parts using micrometers, calipers, and gauges.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate and set up various five-axis CNC grinding machines.

    + Adjust machine speeds and feeds and manage tooling changes.

    + Run two machines simultaneously when necessary.

    + Perform machine changeovers with cycle times up to six hours.

    + Use AutoCAD or NX for machine programming, training provided.

    + Read and interpret blueprints.

    + Conduct quality checks on parts using micrometers, calipers, and gauges.

    + Work in both job shop and production run environments.

    Essential Skills

    + 1-2+ years of CNC machining experience, preferably with mills or lathes.

    + High school diploma or GED.

    + Ability to read and use digital micrometers and calipers.

    + Blueprint reading skills, training will be provided.

    + Proficiency in setting up and operating machines independently.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a CNC Grinding shop that manufactures cutting tools for various industries including automotive and aerospace. The facility is climate-controlled and offering 40-45 hours a week. Enjoy a professional setting focused on precision and quality.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Whitehouse, Ohio.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $49920.00/yr.

    EVP:

    1. Bi-weekly pay

    2. 401K match up to 6% dollar for dollar

    3. Benefits are open. meaning they can shop multiple vendors and pick whichever is best for their family. could have blue cross blue shield, medicade, Etna etc.

    4. Vacation from years 1-4yrs start out with 2-weeks PTO. Years 5-10 start out with 3 week PTO. Years 10-15 start out with 4 weeks PTO and etc. Vacation is prorated when they start.

    5. 13 paid holidays and 2 floating holidays

    6. Average tenure in the plant is 17-18 years!!
