Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable **Shipping and Receiving Clerk** to join our team. This role is critical to maintaining accurate inventory, ensuring timely shipping and receiving, and supporting production operations. Success in this position depends on strong organizational skills and a commitment to precision in handling materials and inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

+ **Material Handling & Transportation**

+ Safely operate various types of lift trucks to load/unload trailers.

+ Transport materials between warehouse, production, and support departments with a focus on timely delivery.

+ **Shipping & Receiving**

+ Receive and verify incoming materials, ensuring packing slips match deliveries.

+ Prioritize customer shipments using shipping reports and communication with the Materials team to ensure 100% on-time delivery.

+ **Inventory Management**

+ Accurately stock parts in designated bin locations.

+ Perform precise inventory counts and verify quantities against records.

+ Pull internal orders from racking or tool crib areas and complete required documentation.

+ **Safety & Quality**

+ Follow all safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

+ Adhere to high quality standards to meet or exceed customer expectations.

+ **Team & Culture**

+ Support and participate in Open Book Management principles.

+ Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and customer-focused warehouse environment.

Qualifications:

+ Experience operating lift trucks (certification preferred).

+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory handling.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

+ Commitment to safety and quality standards.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.73 - $19.75/hr.
